Privacy Policy — Lendex Admin Dashboard

1Who this applies to

The Lendex Admin Dashboard is a web application used by authorised Lendex administrators and staff to manage the Lendex marketplace (units, categories, purchase and rent requests, users and administrators). It is not intended for the general public. Users of the Lendex mobile app should read the Lendex app Privacy Policy.

2Information we process

• Administrator account data: name, email address and sign-in credentials handled by Firebase Authentication. • Marketplace data you manage: unit listings, photos and videos, categories, requests, and the profile and contact details (name, email, phone / WhatsApp number) of marketplace users that are needed to review listings and handle requests. • Files you import or export, such as Excel sheets of units. These are processed in your browser and the resulting records are stored in our database. • Basic technical and security data (such as IP address, browser type and access logs) processed by our infrastructure provider. We do not use analytics for advertising and we do not sell data.

3How we use it

• To authenticate administrators and control what each role can do. • To review, approve, edit and remove listings and to answer requests. • To moderate content, investigate reports and prevent fraud or abuse. • To keep the service secure and to maintain an audit trail of administrative actions.

4Access to personal data

Marketplace users' personal data is visible only to signed-in administrators and only for the purposes above. Administrators must keep it confidential, must not export it for other purposes and must not share their credentials.

5Service providers

The dashboard runs on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage and Hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

6Retention

Administrator accounts and their activity records are kept while the account is active and as long as needed for security and legal purposes. Marketplace data is kept in line with the app Privacy Policy; deletions made by users are reflected in the dashboard.

7Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your administrator account data, subject to local law including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited by authentication and database security rules. Sign out on shared devices and use a strong, unique password.

9Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
