Terms & Conditions — Lendex Admin Dashboard

1Acceptance

By signing in to the Lendex Admin Dashboard you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The dashboard is for authorised administrators and staff only. Use of the Lendex mobile app is governed by the app Terms.

2Accounts and access

Accounts are created or approved by Lendex. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or remove access at any time.

3Acceptable use

• Use the dashboard only to operate and moderate the Lendex marketplace. • Do not access, copy, export or disclose personal data beyond what your role requires. • Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, and do not publish listings you have not verified. • Do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service.

4Data imports and exports

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you import (for example Excel unit sheets) and for handling any exported files securely and deleting them when no longer needed.

5Moderation decisions

Approving, editing, rejecting or removing listings and requests must be done in good faith and in line with Lendex policies. Administrative actions may be logged and reviewed.

6Confidentiality and intellectual property

The dashboard, its software and the data in it are confidential and belong to Lendex or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use it for your role and no other rights.

7Availability and liability

The dashboard is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Lendex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

8Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or when your role ends. Confidentiality and data-handling duties continue after termination.

9Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the update. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
