1Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lendex you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old.

2What Lendex is

Lendex is a platform that lets owners advertise units and lets interested people send requests. Lendex is not a party to any sale, rental or financing agreement between users and does not process payments. Always inspect a unit and verify ownership and documents before paying anyone.

3Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

4Listings and content

You may only list units you own or are authorised to advertise. Listings must be accurate and must use photos you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content and grant Lendex a non-exclusive licence to host and display it in the app for as long as it is published.

5Acceptable use

Do not post false, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content; do not spam, scrape, harass other users, or attempt to bypass the app's security. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6Reporting and blocking

You can report any listing with the flag icon and block an owner so you no longer see their listings. We review reports and aim to act on objectionable content within 24 hours.

7Brokers

Brokers must identify themselves as such, represent units honestly, and not advertise units without the owner's authority.

8Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Lendex is not liable for user content, for disputes between users, or for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9Termination

You may stop using Lendex at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect other users.

10Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
