Delete your data without deleting your account

1In the app

• Profile photo, name, phone / WhatsApp number: open Profile and edit or clear them. • Your listings: open the listing from your profile and edit or remove it. • Your requests: open My requests to review them.

2Request deletion by email

To have specific data removed while keeping your account, email support@lendex.io from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Lendex data”. Tell us what to remove (for example: phone number, photos and videos, listings, requests, or everything except the account itself). We will act on it within 30 days and confirm by email.

3Types of data we can delete

• Contact details (phone / WhatsApp number) • Profile photo • Listings, including their photos and videos • Purchase / rent requests • Reports you submitted

4What may be kept

Reports about abusive content may be retained where needed for safety or legal reasons. Basic account details (name and email) are needed to keep your account; delete the account instead if you want those removed — see Delete your account.

5Retention period

Requests are completed within 30 days.
