Delete your Lendex account

1Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Lendex app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Account & security.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. Email accounts re-enter their password; Google and Apple accounts re-authenticate.

2Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@lendex.io from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Lendex account”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

3What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number and profile photo. • All listings (units) you created and the photos and videos attached to them. • All purchase / rent requests you submitted. • Your sign-in (Google, Apple or email) for Lendex.

4What may be kept

Reports about abusive content that involve your account may be retained where needed for safety or legal reasons. Nothing else is kept once deletion is complete.

5Retention period

Deletion from the app is immediate. Deletion requested by email is completed within 30 days.
